We understand that, when it comes to handmade artworks, our customers may have questions and concerns. That’s why we strive to make our Refund and Returns Policy as clear and transparent as possible, so that our customers can have peace of mind when making a purchase.

Our Refund and Returns Policy for handmade artworks is as follows:

All handmade artworks at Anil Raikwar Arts are covered by a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your handmade artwork, you may return it, in its original condition, within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less any applicable shipping charges.

In cases of damaged artwork, we will accept a return and offer a full refund (including the cost of shipping) if the damage was due to inadequate packing or shipping by Anil Raikwar Arts. If, however, the damage was caused by the customer, Anil Raikwar Arts may choose to either repair the artwork or offer a partial refund, at our discretion.

For all returns, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with sending the artwork back to Anil Raikwar Arts. Moreover, all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
