Thank you for choosing Anil Raikwar Arts for your handmade portrait sketch. We take great pride in creating unique, personalized artwork for every customers, and your satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds and cancellations apply.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your order before we start working on it. 100% advance paid by you will be refunded.
  • If you cancel your order after we start working on it, you are still eligible for a partial refund after deducting some cancellation charges. Cancellation charges depend on how much your artwork is finished and the cost of material used in it.
  • We will show you the progress of your artwork time to time on Whatsapp, during this if you don’t like the artwork, in this case you are also eligible to get partial refund after deducting materials cost only.
  • You are not eligible for a refund when you have already liked the artwork and we completed it. However, we will do some revisions so you get satisfied. But we can do 3-4 revisions only.
  • Refunds are not applicable once you have approved the final sketch and the artwork has been delivered.
  • You will get full refund when you receive a damaged artwork from courier. To revive a full amount of refund, you have to share the photo of damaged artwork as proof within 3 days. Then the refund will be transferred immediately online.

3. Approval & Revision Process

  1. We complete your initial sketch and send it to you for review.
  2. You may request reasonable revisions if needed.
  3. You must share your revision requests within 3 days of receiving the initial sketch.

If you do not respond within this window, you forfeit your right to a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, Do Whatsapp us with your order details and a brief reason for the request.

  • We process refunds to your original payment method.
  • We aim to respond to all refund requests immedietely.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The sketch has been approved and delivered in final form.
  • The sketch has been revised per your instructions, confirming your satisfaction.

6. Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your physical artwork arrives damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

If the artwork is defective due to our error, we will offer a refund or replacement.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. The version active at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
