We provide handmade artworks with great care and attention to detail. In order to ensure the best experience for our customers, we must ask that you abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. All orders must be placed through our online portal or over the phone with a customer service representative.
  2. We accept payment through Paytm, PhonePe, UPI, major credit cards, and bank transfers.
  3. Returns are accepted only if artwork is damaged or wrong item was shipped. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure that all returned items are properly insured and tracked.
  4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an incorrect address is provided and artwork is delivered to the wrong address, we will not be responsible for the artwork.
  5. All artwork is shipped via insured DTDC priority mail. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but generally artwork should arrive within 2-5 business days.
  6. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by the improper use of our artwork or services.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who does not abide by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns:

When considering a return of an artwork, customer must take all necessary steps to ensure they remain eligible for a refund. This includes not tampering with any element of the artwork as it can lead to the artwork not becoming eligible for a return after quality checks have been done. Additionally, customers should refrain from filing a dispute against their payment method provider, such as their bank. While doing so allows them to potentially recover their payment, it also eliminates their right to a refund for the artwork.

The artwork should be returned in its original condition. This means that any alteration to the artwork, including any tampering or painting over it, can lead to the artwork not being qualified for a return. To remain eligible for a return, customers should keep the artwork in the same condition that it was received in.

In most cases, any return will also require the original packaging to be included in the return shipment. If the packaging is discarded or lost, the artwork may be declined for a return. Furthermore, artwork should be returned within the specified timeframe as outlined in the policy, else the customer may not be eligible for a return.

Finally, no refunds can be issued unless the artwork is returned in full. Customers should include all documentation, manuals, and accessories that were part of the initial order.

It is important for customers to understand and adhere to the policies surrounding their return eligibility, as doing so can determine whether or not they are eligible for a refund. If a customer has questions about their eligibility for a return, they should contact the artwork provider directly for clarification.
